When is it necessary to buy hosting/domain for a legal entity?

Good afternoon,
Is there such a clause in the legislation of the Russian Federation?
Maybe this applies to the financial or government sectors?

This is a matter of accounting , legal rights, and probably image ... although the latter is probably not written quite
correctly bases. From your own pocket you will pay from the total amount + 13% + 24% - rough calculation (payroll tax).
2. Legal rights ... let's add an image
a) if you receive an interesting offer for 100 million by mail from a public domain ... then the company works "on a salary" - there are no costs for infrastructure maintenance. Will you consider a project for 100 million?
b) The situation is the same. Look at the domain on WHOIS - and there the owner Vasya Pupkin is not at all the office that wants to conclude a contract. In case of a conflict, you won’t even take away the domain for debts))).
In custody....

Maybe this applies to the financial or government sectors?
It concerns the state structures themselves. They were given the duty to post the income of managers on websites and register public correspondence. Not hard ... but forced to start sites))).
- Why didn't you post ...
- No Website ...
