When is ISPConfig needed?

Looked at their office. I can't figure out why I might need it. And there are no scenarios that come to mind that I can't run without ISPconfig.
Tell me, is this probably convenient when there are a huge number of sites or when you need to put a less qualified manager? Or am I completely misunderstanding the philosophy?

ISPConfig - if you can do 100% of its functionality with your hands, then you are not a manager, but at least a very, very sickly Linux administrator.
How it can be useful to an experienced user
1. exclusion of the human factor in configs.
2. Acceleration of work, no matter how quickly you write them and press the button faster.
3. With several sites standing, there are different requirements that must be met by both clients and managers, etc. and Fri, because you can’t do everything.
4. Replaceability of you while you are away (holiday sickness) people can do everything themselves.
5. The presence of any standard and API.
When there are 3-5 sites, the admin panel may not be needed.
But when there are hundreds of them, then yes, it is really needed, or when they need to be constantly added to decrease, work with DNS records, mail filters, etc. Nevertheless, the admin panel generates a lot of configs, and it makes no sense to write them stupidly.
6. If you have knowledge and extra time (and writing configs by hand is what it is) and there is a clear understanding of how Linux works.
THEN it is better to spend them on the development of the project itself, in order to become a developer easily, and not waste your time just on narcissism about your coolness.
Knowledge needs to be shared so that there is something to screw up and finish in the panel
