Can't start this device (code 10)?

Good day locals.
There was a problem. Given:
1. There is an HP Pavilion G6 laptop (naturally with a whitelist in the BIOS)
2. WIFI Bluetooth card Broadcom BCM94352HMB Azurewave AW-CE123H The
combo card is naturally not registered in the whitelist of the laptop. Pin 20 and pin 51 are glued on it to bypass the whitelist. Works great on Windows 7.
But!
This is the only system where the card works. Neither Windows 8, 8.1, 10 work with the card.
The device manager says: This device cannot be started (code 10)
There are no modified BIOSes, I searched on all well-known profile sites.
The card starts only in Windows 7. Linux (MINT, Ubuntu) also does not work with the card.
Maybe somehow you can change the ven / dev cards, and then podshamanit drivers? After all, as I understand it, blocking passes through them?
Help to get a card on other systems.
ps
Compatible WIFI modules according to the Service Guide (which are already obsolete):
Atheros HB125 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter
Ralink RT5390R 802.11 b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter

@happylaptop

most likely you need to update the BIOS.
Look on the site for the name of EXE files with the last two BIOS versions of the SPxxxx.EXE type and search for this name with a ready-made WhiteList, for example, here
