When importing an asset: "unity Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package". How to decide?

Pumped over - did not help.
Checked through 7-ZIP .unitypackage - CRC error (no numbers/numbers/letters), i.e. he's beaten.
The path to the file/project in English.
Asset: Ultimate Sound FX Bundle
