Which engine (Unity 5 vs UE4) is better to use for VR?

Actually the question is: which engine is more suitable for VR\AR projects in terms of optimization, development speed, "bug-free" and quality of the output content? Thanks ...

1) Optimization. From experience it turns out that they are both about the same level. Unity began to support VR a little earlier, so the community will be bigger (although Unity has a larger one anyway).
2) Development speed. Unity in this regard is simpler and faster, since C# is very easy to use and there is a lot of documentation. UE has BluePrint and C++. BluePrint - visual scripting, I personally got very confused with large tasks, and C ++ will be more difficult than C #.
3) Content quality. In this regard, UE pleases with excellent shaders and light right out of the box. In the unit, you need to look for ready-made ones or write it yourself, and this will take time.
I would choose Unreal. The very fact that the game is made on the Unreal Engine already gives it more respect (since schoolchildren spoiled everyone with their creations on Unity)
