The sound comes from the speaker, not the microphone.
The problem is solved by turning off the microphone in the sound settings (in the tray, right-click on the speaker icon => recording devices, turn off the microphone)
Or reduce the microphone sensitivity a little, in the same place in the settings. Apparently, there were no such problems before because the sensitivity of the microphone was set to a low level.
