How can the situation be corrected, the structure is one. If you add a product through the AP of a new site, edit it, the values ​​in the database change, you can also edit it through the database, but new imported ones do not appear ...

You probably only imported the _product table, but forgot to check the rest of the relationships.
_product_to_store - belonging to a store
_product_to_category - product belonging to categories
_product_to_layout - product layout
, etc.
Product output in
admin/model/catalog/product
is fetching product_id + product_description_id and comparing it with language_id = id of the installed language
