When creating a new bilingual youtube channel, is it better to create one channel or two, each for a different language?

Hello.
I am creating a new channel on youtube, doing the same show in both Russian and English.
To do this, you need to create:
a) One channel and publish videos in it in both languages?
or
b) Two independent channels, one for Russian and one for English?
If option b) then if I have subscribers of the first channel, then this will not affect the second one in any way ...
I ask people who have dealt with youtube to answer. Thank you.

I think yes, it's better to separate the channels and your subscribers will not receive notifications twice for the same video
. And, yes, the subscribers will be divided, which is sad - but completely different audiences. According to them, it will be easier to watch some kind of analytics.
