I don’t know a ready-made plugin in this form, but it seems to me that it’s easier to write it yourself.
In essence, this is the output of posts from a specific category or post type.
For example: you can create a new custom post type, create a field for entering the duration of the video yourself or using the advansed custom field (it is displayed in the sidebar).
Well, the whole thing is displayed in the widget.
