When connecting to the Internet via (DSL Ubuntu) PPPoE, I can’t access the local provider’s website, what should I do?

When connecting via DSL, I can’t log into my account, if I disconnect, I can.
The site is located on the local network, it is not externally accessible.
How to create a connection so that you can go to the billing site?
Now, in order for everything to work externally and locally, I sit through a router that accepts two connections:
1) Dynamic IP (Local Area Network)
2) PPPoE (External Access)

@RicoX

Register route to the local network not through the main gateway (the one that is PPPoE), but through the gateway address, the one that is DHCP.
