На FF порой такой же бред, но только на сайтах, забитых flash-контентом. В частности, на YouTube, Rutube и т.д. Скорее всего, это Adobe Flash играет с нами.

Скорее всего дело в видео-карте, или и в правду ресурс забит скриптами и flash элементами.
1) попробуй обновить FlashPlayer
2) попробуй зайти на веб-сайт с другого устройства
3) если дело в видео-карте, то ты не когда не узнаешь, как водить машину в GTA
