What are the most versatile and necessary tools to learn? (before that there was no commercial experience).

I don’t know about outsourcing, but product companies usually issue documentation that describes the life of the company point by point (from naming branches to application architecture)
As a rule, you are given from a month to six months to adapt (but most likely not in outsourcing), where you are taken first, answer a million questions.
