Work for a Russian company to a Belarusian. How to legitimize the relationship?

Hello, I hope there are those who have experienced this. The question is how best to legitimize working relations under such conditions:

- There is a company from the Russian Federation
- And a mobile developer from the Republic of Belarus
And 2 design options: a contract with a self-employed person and just through a gpc? What will be better?

Self-employed - the employee himself pays taxes and contributions to the pension fund. The company may face foreign economic activity, but I’m not sure (specifically, for the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan, there are separate rules, plus, for sure, the self-employed person will have an account in a Russian bank).
GPC - taxes and contributions are paid by the employer. This is by and large the same as hiring a staff, although there are some subtleties.
From the point of view of a Belarusian, GPC is more profitable, from the point of view of a company, a self-employed / individual entrepreneur is more profitable.

There is no big difference.
In any case, you need to come to the Russian Federation once, open a TIN and a card.
For the self-employed you will pay a tax of 6%.
According to GPC 13%, who pays is prescribed in the contract.
