Hello man.
Here's a short one for you:

  1. Jun has the necessary technical and theoretical knowledge to get the job done. He knows how to do the job.
  2. Middle has a deeper knowledge. He is aware of the processes, approaches, technologies, tools and testing life hacks. He knows how to get the job done quickly.
  3. The senior has deep knowledge of the subject area and product. He is able to work with tasks formulated in a general manner (to independently determine the approach, strategy). In which case, the senior can replace the lead.

Correct and competent testing is the complete absence of bug tickets for the functionality that this tester tested.
There are no tickets from users of the new build - it means he did his job professionally.
Criteria: the absolute difference in the number of tickets between novice testers and professionals clearly helps to understand the gradation of the level of professionalism.
