What you need to know for the first work in the front-end?

Hello. I would like to hear the opinion of experienced people, based on my current knowledge, that I still need to finish my studies so that I can already try to go to work without having commercial experience in some kind of web studio as a layout designer / junior front-end developer. And can the lack of higher education be the reasons for refusal (we will not take large companies and other countries except Russia as an example)? Or the fact that I'm a girl (I heard that many do not like to hire girls)? So far I know html5, css3, sass, scss, flexbox, grids, cross browser responsive, ssh, bam, native javascript, Ajax, JSON, DOM, API, babel, es5, es6, gulp, ReactJS, npm, git, photoshop , zeplin, avocode.

You are wrong. You don't know any of this, you just think you do. Everyone went through this.
For the first job, you need to know the labor market of web programmers, but you clearly have not studied this issue.
Girls in IT are taken quite willingly, I work with them myself. The main knowledge.

Or the fact that I'm a girl (I heard that many do not like to hire girls)?

this is utter nonsense.
go boldly to the interview, where the gaps in your knowledge will quickly appear

Everyone around me considers me a terry senior, I took my first job in the frontend years ago. Didn't look for a job for more than two days. I don't even know half.
They don’t call because they don’t see what you can do in your resume - such a list is tantamount to “I don’t know anything at all, but I really want to show that I know a lot.”
Throw out 80% of this list and really understand the other 20%. On them, show some experience, level of knowledge, at least something.
For the first job, you only need to know JS + basic React really well, or know HTML/CSS + basic JS well.
So far, you show that you know only some list of the basewords.
The fact that you are a girl does not interfere, but it can enhance the effect that you will produce. Either you come across as a smart girl and get called rather than a smart guy, or you come across as a stupid girl and get called a stupid guy rather than you. (although I can't imagine why it would have to be done at all)
Good luck.
