What would you recommend to write the text of the lessons?

Hi people.
Advise something convenient to form a curriculum for a couple of courses.
From the wishes - tree-like, free, multi-user, convenience.

So far I have found the most convenient tools:
quip is
paid, but for me somehow it is free, I still do not understand why. Something like googledocs but with different things for project management.
The downside is that you can’t conveniently make a selection of lessons with a tree of topics. There is just a folder and files.

typora.io
Convenient Standalone Markdown Weisswig editor. Paid, but while in beta - give for free.
But you can not fumble and there is no joint work.
