What would you recommend rating system (ratings) for the pages of the site?

I am considering search options for either systems similar to the disqus service (in terms of comments, this is the largest project that I know if there are similar ones in relation to ratings) that store data on third-party servers and can be easily integrated without digging into php code, or ready-made, free, popular , flexible, functional, modern, and most importantly reliable php-solution scripts with a simple binding to a self-written CMS that store data on its own server. As a result, you need to get a rating in the form of stars on the site for products with the ability for visitors (including those without registration) to vote for products (with IP binding).
