What would you recommend a cheap watch with android?

Who can advise some of the most inexpensive watches on android or wear os?
Something where I can upload my program. With sim, gps, wifi, bluetooth, preferably with a vibration signal.

Drain the battery with terrible power
Tizen has a serious advantage in this.
As well as SIM and Wi-Fi and GPS - those are still eating components.
Needless to say, it is physically impossible to place a capacious battery in a watch.

I don’t want Tizen because I don’t think it will be cheap and I don’t believe that writing my own for them will be no more difficult than for Android, although I haven’t written for Android yet and I’m not a programmer at all ..
But I want to write!
