What would you advise on building a server for L2TP Beeline?

Welcome all!
You need to buy hardware for the Internet from beeline (L2TP). My router sags very badly under a speed of 100 Mbps. I want to increase the tariff to 365 Mbps, but I didn’t find anything ready except Mikrotik. I rummaged through the beeline forum and realized that Mikrotik is poorly suited for these purposes. As a result, I realized that it is easier to buy hardware and set it up. Budget - 15-20 k per piece of iron. Only 2 ports are needed (1 for WAN, another for LAN). There is experience in setting up, but not in choosing iron. You need a unit case (optionally 1U). It seems that the left server cases are not so expensive. Yes, and I do not want to put a large case from the company.

Consider if you need it. A unit server needs a ~ 300W power supply, less is unlikely to be sold. During the day, 300 * 24 \u003d 7.2 kW will run. At 4.5 rubles per kilowatt per month, you will have to pay ~ 1000 rubles for electricity only. Plus it's pretty noisy.
Really cheaper, you can try to negotiate with an Internet provider with a static address without L2TP authorization, which is very demanding on resources.
