How to configure traffic through VPN?

1. Home computer
2. Router with usb-modem
3. Somewhere on the Internet there is a VDS on Windows for 1C, VPN is also raised on it
4. There is a VPS on Centos, where sites are hosted.

You can set up a VPN on the router, I set it up, but the VPN didn't seem to start because I couldn't connect to the office computer. Although through a regular VPN client on Windows everything is successful.
If I connect to a VPN connection on my home computer (point 3), then I can go to the computers of the office network (I will clarify that the "Use Internet gateway" checkbox is unchecked, because when it is turned on, the Internet on the home computer disappears.
Task:
How, having what is given, to make torrents download to your home computer via VPN, because the mobile operator cuts the speed on torrents. It might even be better to let all traffic go through the VPN.
On the Internet, they write something about open vpn. I didn’t go into details, because I would like to use my vpn server, preferably by raising it on the router, or on the edge on the computer. Strongly do not scold - I do not get enough sleep)
