The appearance of cms, as I understand it, took away bread from developers, you can find ready-made why pay developers, what would the web market be like without cms?

Paraphrasing the words of Kant (?), if there were no cms, they should have been invented.
Engines do not take away work from developers, cms is a tool for content creators. It's not smart to pay a programmer for a job that a less qualified person can do.
