What would be the correct way to install a specific package version in Alpine?

Need to install specific version of chromium web driver (86.0.4240.111-r0) on Alpine 14 docker image - what commands would you use?

the version is here - https://alpine.pkgs.org/3.12/alpine-community-x86_...

Also, the question is - will this 3.12 branch and / or this version from it be deleted over time? I would like to have a more universal solution.
