it won't affect anything.
if you don’t configure your Apache or nginx or whatever you have to work on an ipv6 interface and don’t register an ipv6 address in dns , then visitors will not come to this address. Nothing will change for ipv4 addresses.
from a practical point of view, you will have to think a little about security, because for ipv6 you will have to configure a separate firewall
