Setting up a Proxmox 4 network with two interfaces: how to do it?

There is Proxmox installed on the server with two interfaces. It looks like this:

There is a requirement:
1) deploy one machine that will be accessible via the second interface,
2) deploy a machine that will be accessible only from the first machine via the local network.
Problem:
I can’t figure out the interfaces and how to properly configure bridge / vlan for the first machine to access only via this interface, and I don’t understand at all how to configure the interface for local access, because I haven’t set up the network on Proxmox for a long time (and anyway, I haven’t set it up for a long time linux network)...
All guides lead to setup with one interface. And I can't find a guide for a machine with fully local access from another machine.
Thanks in advance.

@DSL88

The setting as a whole has nothing to do with proxmox, vlans are not needed here, raise the bridges to the interface and the local bridge, that's all.
