And I, being very stupid, try to pick up this confirmation code by entering it with my playful hands. In the end, of course, nothing happened. But now this person is threatening to sue me for trying to hack his page. How is this punished by law? I repeat, the page in the end I did not hack

1) the fact that someone received an SMS about password recovery does not mean that they tried to hack his account ... it could be someone's mistake.
2) it is possible to confirm that you tried to pick up a password only by linking to this post, otherwise it is unlikely to work out ... this, which refers to a hacking attempt.

There is no composition either 138 or 272. Composition 272 Art. - material, that is, the presence of socially dangerous consequences - an obligatory sign of the objective side of this composition. Disposition 272 Art. provides that these consequences are as follows: destruction, blocking, modification or copying of computer information. Thus, if these consequences have not occurred, then there is no objective side, without the objective side there is no composition. As for 138, the subject is a legally protected secret, the objective side is expressed in any illegal actions that violated this secret. Because the secret was not violated, then there is no objective side, which means there is no composition.
