* messages from the wall
* notes
* photos
Music and videos are not interesting, be sure to use an open source tool, and not a suspicious external service.

Here I found a Python script that downloads images from albums, a working one, because of laziness I took the token that I received in the VKontakte Offline application (located in localStorage), which @Taraflex mentioned : https://github.com/vyacheslavchulkin/vk -photo-saver

UPD3: Through the sandbox on page for developers https://vk.com/dev/notes.getI downloaded all the notes in JSON format in two approaches (there is a limit of 100 elements per request, you need to look at the response in the console, the page is not JSON, but some kind of heresy is displayed), now everything is in order.

Six months ago, VK rolled out an official tool for this: https://vk.com/data_protection?section=rules&scrol... I checked it myself, it really gives out everything, right down to personals, comments, photos (even from closed albums) and visit history, the process preparation takes three days, sometimes more.
