What will an increase in RAM and CPU separately on a VPS give for a WordPress site?

There is a VPS for 3 Xeon cores and 2GB of memory, an SSD with NVMe. It has Wordpress + Woocommerce and a lot of extras. functionality. The mysql cache is configured according to the available memory. Question: what will one more additional processor core give? Will php run faster? What about additional RAM?
Zachada? If you can still hardware accelerate, then why not. It’s just that when several people in the admin panel edit products, resave translations and edit other entities, everything starts to work noticeably slower. And at the same time, in the cache of ordinary pages, it takes longer to generate for visitors.

You first need monitoring - zabbix or prometheus to understand if there is a lack of resources. If there are enough current resources, then adding will give nothing.

Yes, it does nothing. VDS is a lottery. This applies primarily to disk and CPU resources.
