I saw lighthttp and httpd, without subds (they are needed in the main settings, they are entered in the ini or cfg file), they work through cgi (fast), so processing on anything, but more often on bash or php

Most simply self-made. All the same, there is no need for a full-fledged server. You can do it on web sockets.
