Is there a free analogue of airplay?

I can't seem to come up with a solution to my problem. Interested in whether it is possible to capture all the sound of android and stream it over the network? Some analogue of airplay. The bottom line is this - in the settings, or in some application, I select an external sound source that I have on the network and all sound (be it a game or a video from youtube) is output to this external source.
PS The external device to which the audio will be transmitted must be under linux, and I will transfer from all kinds of devices - ios, mac os, android, windows, linux.

Miracast.

DLNA/uPnP.
VLC Direct.
