Why is it throwing an Internal Server Error in SourceBans++?
The subdomain works through CloudFlare
The server is configured in FastCGI Apache + Nginx mode
There is a certain functionality in this subdomain - adding micro/chat blocking on the game server.
SB++ ban/admin management system for the game server.
Usually these locks are issued on the game server itself, but can be added through this system.
And when adding, the lock itself gets into the database. Then there is a search for a player on the game server, and at the end of this check, such an error is issued.
Wrote in CloudFlare, wrote in those. support from your host. The first wrote that the problem is on the server, that is, mine / hoster. The same after adding
proxy_connect_timeout 1800;
proxy_send_timeout 1800;
proxy_read_timeout 1800;
send_timeout 1800;
max_execution_time 1800
contact the developer of this engine.
I wrote to the developer, this one also says your / hoster's problem.
And if you delete a certain type of lock, then it thinks for a long time and gives out Error 500 not in a script, as in the screenshot, but already a full page of apache - Internal Server Error
Help me figure out who is to blame.
Everyone says look at the logs, but the logs are clear (regarding this issue)
