What web programs are there to test the Internet connection?

Essence of the question.
Now many people work remotely, home providers are overloaded and often call an employee, complaining about problems. Everyone knows the public service for checking Internet speed speedtest, but this is a so-so indicator, you still have to connect to the user and diagnose. ServiceDesk employees are so-so in terms of competence and often do not understand what should be the output and the task still falls on the admin, and the problem can be trite in the home router and this is no longer our area of responsibility.

I would like a web interface that the user will open and press the CHECK button.
The test should be able to check:
- access speed
- jitter
- open ports
- ping gw, ping ISP, ping WORK
- the ability to add your own test.

Such tests can be found in many vendors to check their resources, for example, webex.

To make it clear how lazy or stupid SD employees are.
We have deployed libreSpeedtest in our company, an employee on SD calls and complains about the brakes in the terminal. The SD asks to do libreSpeedtest, sends a link to the user in the mail, the user follows the link directly in the terminal, does libreSpeedtest, gets 2-5 Gbit / s !!! BECAUSE libreSpeedtest and the terminal are on the same network. SD puts a screenshot in the task and throws it at the admin - there are no problems with the speed .... I want to cry ...
