I am developing a simple node.js application. There is a need to fulfill requests to remote resources, but some are blocked. How to connect via vpn? Are there any libraries?

An external service that will run on your server and forward the channel.
Why would you want to build this into your application? If this is not its main function, then it is better to give it to those who specialize in this.
