Hello, I have an i7 3770k processor, p8z77-v lx2 motherboard. The question is, what voltage should the CPU be set to overclock to 4.5 GHz, and so that the temperature is not critical?

There is no specific meaning. There are a million factors, everything is selected by experiments.
