What vitamins do IT people use?

Although the question does not concern the specifics of the toaster, but, in my opinion, it does not lose its relevance. The first days of spring... After a difficult winter, full of stress and deprivation, I have the pleasure of experiencing all the delights of hypovitaminosis. I’ll make it clear right away - I don’t have a medical education, but I can carry out a preliminary diagnosis, like any “youth specialist”. Thankfully, English is good.
There are a lot of objective reasons why I came to this conclusion: drowsiness, fatigue, increased irritability, paleness and dryness of the skin, etc. I am a “learning” freelancer, so every day I have to pass through myself a lot of technical information, at the same time pull up the knowledge forgotten from the school course, and, of course, learn something new. Given all of the above, my average daily online is 18-20 hours.
It is problematic for me to compensate for the lack of vitamins by compiling a balanced diet. The only way out is multivitamin complexes, as an addition to the current diet. From the age of 9 to 13 I took Vitrum and fish oil capsules for a while. True, at that time I did not attach any importance to the effectiveness of the action of these complexes. But, if we take into account the saturation of the day at that time (school, English, training until late at night, lessons, films, prolonged wakefulness), then the effect was obvious. Now my day is not at all busy, but productivity is still very low. Could it be hypoxia? I really rarely go outside. Or is my illness due to a lack of vitamins? If the latter, what should be chosen for prevention? Maybe there are some full-fledged complexes?

For starters, get your routine and nutrition back to normal. Everything else is gimmicks.
To answer the question directly:
Heavy artillery - take a course of Animal Pak vitamins from Universal Nutrition. But there are really horse dosages, so you should not abuse it. But after two weeks you will feel a significant increase in energy.

Simpler, but also very good - Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition:

Do not invent these pills for yourself, if you were an infernal athlete who simply has a five-fold consumption of this, yes. And you just don’t sleep, don’t take care of your health, and then you think that a miracle pill will help you. No, it won't help.

No need to shove any muck into yourself! Do you want vitamins? Eat better vegetables! All these pills do not lead to good.
And as rightly said above. You just need to get enough sleep, do not sit at the computer until one (and later) at night. Be outdoors more often. And if you are too lazy - then get ready for the fact that you will eat kilograms of pills, all joints will hurt, your eyesight will sag, and the apotheosis of everything - hemorrhoids.
Do you need it?? No?? Well, live on the street! And in the evening to the gym!
