What video card will this processor reveal?

Hello, processor AMD Athlon II x3 425, 2.7 GHz socket AM3, which video card can I take so that the video card does not work by 80% or even 50% of the power so that it is 100% by 100% do I need options from nVIDEA and Radeon?

You should always take a video card, the more powerful the better. Here is an old video where a boy compares GTX960+Core i5 and GTX960+Core2Quad, 3D Mark gave a difference of only a thousand parrots (6500 versus 5500), but the difference in the cost of processors is colossal - $230 versus $27 (i.e. almost a hundred once).
