I live in a 5-storey building, on the 1st floor, my apartment is the first one in the entrance. I want to hang a video camera (preferably in good resolution) from my apartment through a hole in the wall to the entrance (view to the stairwell) in order to film everything that happens and receive live feed even if I'm not at home.
In this connection, the question is: which camera to choose? I don’t understand anything at all in this matter, the budget is not particularly limited, I want the following :

• The ability to record all this happiness over the network, ideally - to a network drive connected directly to the router
  
• Automatic power off in case of a short circuit: I don’t want cameras to be an opportunity to set fire to my apartment
  
• Efficiency of work even when there is no light in the entrance: IR mode is probably best, but as an option - IR motion detection and turning on local illumination while something is moving
  
• Need normal resolution and low noise level

"Write to a media connected directly to the router" I don't remember such a function in the standard camera webmord, but it's googled, in principle. But many people know how to write on a USB flash drive inserted into themselves.
A resolution of 1920x1080 is enough for the eyes in the entrance.
