What equipment to install for WI-FI cameras in the elevator?

Good evening!
I am the chairman of the HOA. We decided to put cameras in the house. At the entrance, everything is more or less clear. We bought 16 cameras, the provider will install them for free as a bonus.
But with the cameras in the elevator an ambush. The house has 8 elevators, each elevator with a separate shaft. The house has 18 floors - just over 50 meters in height. The house is new, 15 years old. Lifters want 5 tr for laying a separate cable to the hanger. from the elevator + cable you need to purchase 80 rubles. per metre. It turns out very "curly". As a result, we want to install wi-fi, but no one has experience with installing them. Everything is wired in the old fashioned way. Please tell me in simple human language what you need to purchase and how to install. If it doesn’t make it difficult with links to equipment that fits our parameters, so that there is no interference and everything works stably.

So, I started by choosing a wireless camera and went through all the options:

This is 2009, since then the alignment of prices could change.

Hello. I have a pretty good practice of installing wi-fi in cell elevators. But not cameras with wi-fi module.
At the top of the elevator we put a directional antenna for example TP-LINK CPE210 in the elevator itself ip camera + access point for example TP-LINK TL-WA801ND. Has been working for 2 years. without fail. Elevators have constant power. From there they powered the point and the camera. (with permission and under the supervision of lifters)

Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M2 in bridge mode.
One on the elevator (we connect the camera to it), directed downwards. The second one at the bottom (connect to the switch) is directed upwards.
