What version of windows to install on an Acer monoblock?

There is a neighboring monoblock Acer Aspire Z3171 with Windows 7 Home prem OA CIS and GE (it says so on the sticker) with a hell of a bunch of Windows bugs that appeared after the system was repeatedly killed by viruses and all sorts of rubbish. For example, wildly buggy java in all browsers, under any account, attempts to update java lead to a blue screen. And another wagon of charms of the same type, which are corny too lazy to treat - it's easier to reinstall the system.
Actually the question is: if I just install Win7 Home Premium as usual, taking the image somewhere on torrents, will the activation key from the sticker on the case work? Or do you need to get a special version for this monoblock somewhere, but this key will not fit on a regular home premium? Never just faced with such nonsense.

If Windows7 OS is licensed, then you should follow the link (Microsoft Software Recovery) from there, download Windows7 using the product key.
