The tar file listing doesn't read correctly, huh?

tar archive does not read correctly in far, total, 7zip.
instead of a directory structure ( backup / ) a set of directories with some numerical names.
I understand that something is read wrong or not from there :) but how can I fix this or prevent such glitches in the future.
everything reads fine in linux.
I have not encountered such problems before.

solution: the tar archive was created with the -g (listed-incremental) option. the functionality of incremental archives has not been improved. and the resulting tar-archive is obtained in a format different from the standards, which is actually seen in the pictures.
tar supports the new archive format. third-party programs - extremely rare.
