Friends, such a question - tell me which venture funds or accelerators specialize specifically in "hardware" startups?

And a passing question - where is it better for a hard startup to be located - in Silicon Valley or in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, China)?

As for the Valley, I recently read somewhere (maybe even on Habré) that in Shenzhen they are trying to make their own Silicon Valley, but their advantage is that there are many electronics manufacturers, and not only on a large scale.
