I am looking for a resource where they discuss the principles of creating various puzzles: model development, task generation, etc.

Interested in the community / forum where ideological people are engaged in this.

To put it simply: There is an idea to create such ideas, but there are no ideas to create them.

The only possible resource here is your own head. G. Dudeney, S. Loyd and many other authors did not have the Internet at hand.

Puzzles are basically math problems. You can take the Olympiad or from some textbooks, and then arrange them in the form of fairies and gnomes (in accordance with the setting of the game).
