What type of taxation do web studios have?

Hello! Share your experience of how studios work.
The choice between simplified taxation (6%) and income minus expenses (15%). Simplification is easier to maintain, but there is a huge BUT.
Website development on Bitrix and contextual advertising.
For example, I receive 200,000 from a client to my account, of which 120 go to direct, 30 to other services (forums, reviews - that is, those sites where I will not be given accounting documents) and 50,000 to me. Bitrix - for me a license is 15,000, for a client an account of 30,000.
Do I need to register myself as an employee? (considering that I still do more than half of the work myself), there are remote employees - I didn’t even think about registering them.
In my case, it seems more logical 15%
I've been reading all night and can't decide. One of these days it is necessary to urgently submit documents, and I feel sorry for overpaying a penny.
Or take a piece of paper with a pen and calculate?)))

Better LLC, you can work with zero reporting. But the main plus is Yur. face.

a question to the question mentioned above:
if the studio has an individual entrepreneur (there is a person for whom everything is registered), how is the delivery of work, signing and approval of documents declared: by signature? Do I need a stamp print and so on?
