What type of data should be used to mark up a site with a schema.org rating of toothpastes?

I can't figure out what schema.org microdata to choose for a site with a toothpaste rating. It seems that toothpaste is a product, but it will not be sold on the site, but a table with various characteristics in the category will be presented, and on the toothpaste page - people's reviews about it with a detailed description.

What you describe in the semantic markup will be regarded as a note about the product and its review.
If the page does not specify: price, article, delivery method and its availability in stock, this means that your page contains text describing the product and comments on it, that is, a note and a review (review).
I would recommend to look at the source code of popular reviewers and find out how they coped with this task. With a high probability, you should use microdata for reviews.
