A virus or trojan spoils the issue on Google, what should I do?

Good afternoon,
Recently, when monitoring how high Google indexes my site for key queries, I found that I flew off the first pages, although I was 3-4 positions from the top. Then I found my snippet with some Asian hieroglyphs and some kind of hidden advertising (I'll attach a screen).
At the moment, all Google search queries for me give out in such a broken form, Organic traffic has dropped to almost zero. At the same time, Yandex searches as it should, everything is ok.
The programmer has already checked all the files and found 2 trojans, cleaned them, but it's not clear if they had a problem.

Remove the virus completely and then send a message to Google through Google Webmasters.
