How to use AMP Stories in WP?

Not so long ago, it became possible to implement AMP Stories for your site, and in addition to CMS WP, they made a plugin constructor (AMP Stories for WordPress).
So:
1) installed the plugin
2) went to the posts (admin panel), where all the blog articles are
located 3) in the admin panel, when setting up the post, functionality and settings for AMP Stories appeared. There are 2 checkboxes at the very beginning.

• The first is whether or not to use AMP Stories.
  
• The second is to replace the post with AMP Stories. If you want to see your history - add amp=1 to the url at the end
  

And here is the question. The fact is that if you put 2 checkmarks, then your article will be overwritten by the AMP Stories you generated (the url will be old), and if you remove the second checkmark, then logically you should have this: https://site.ru/statya/amp =1
But as a result I don't have this page - throws out 404. How to be? What am I doing wrong?
I repeat: stories are displayed perfectly if you select both checkboxes
