What traffic does Skype consume in video call mode?

One friend is now in Europe and will be there for a couple of months. The Internet turns out to take only mobile. Tariffs are different and depend on traffic consumption per month. Skype is one of the important requirements. Only voice communication takes somewhere around 0.5 MB per minute, at least that's what they write on the Internet. And how much traffic will it take to communicate with the video?

In principle, it strongly depends on the quality of both webcams.
I would advise her to find a cafe with wifi and chat from there

I won’t tell you for sure (although you can download fiddler and see, but if your friend is in Europe, then she probably has 3G Internet. My tariff plan for this very 3G Internet is 300 meters, after which it throws me to the edge. I don’t communicate very much , but almost always with video. About one call for 15 minutes 1.5 times a week on average. So - enough with the head.
