What traces does an open IP and a closed IP leave?

Hello !
I work at an official job (large managerial position) and do not want to lose it. I want to try myself as an IP. It does not intersect with the field of activity of the current employer in any way and does not apply to IT at all.
There is a suspicion: when changing jobs, employers will refuse if there is an open or closed individual entrepreneur.
What traces does open and closed IP leave in open sources? Turnover , OKVED , net profit ?

All of the above is available, regardless of whether the IP is closed or not.
The probability of refusal is higher when the IP is working, because this implies that there is already some kind of activity and, in theory, it may interfere with the new employer's business. But if the position is a manager, then interviews take place in several stages, if there are none of the tops at the first one. And with tops, if they are sensible, it’s easier to communicate than with HRs, and just having an IP will be purple for them, they look at other introductory ones. But questions of what's what, of course, will be asked, and all data on individual entrepreneurs will be checked against the databases.
But here the question is different, why register an IP if it is only for testing? It's enough to rent it or through friends who already have work, since it's just an interest.
