What tools for developing a mobile application based on web technologies do you currently have?

Today I decided to install intel XDK to study development for mobile devices based on web technologies and found a message on the website that the project is not developing. Are there analogues that can be used now? Preferably under iOS. Emphasis on web technologies, I know about native development environments and languages.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

There are several options.
It seems like from this react-native is the most developed and stable. I only dealt with it, if it is stable and well-developed, then it’s even scary to look into the rest (although NativeScript + ionic was praised to me). Looks native on every platform. Knowledge of html and css for the most part will not be useful: tags / components are their own, css-properties do not work all and not in all combinations.
It seems like I took html, wrapped it and it's ready. Sometimes the received application slows down a little, although I think that if it is a product catalog or a restaurant menu, then there should be no problems. Looks the same on every platform.
Ideally, you often use the site - like you install an application, rarely - you open it from a browser. The developer does not have a headache how to make friends between the web, iOS and Android: it looks and works the same everywhere. In practice, support has so far been patchy.
