What tool to manage / visualize dependencies in tasks?

When I start working on a new project or a large task, I create large tasks first, I break them down in turn, and so on.
It turns out something like a mind-map or just a graph, the complete list of nodes of which contains the entire scope of work (at least at the time of its creation).
Can anyone suggest a tool where I can first build / draw such a graph of tasks, and then get a list of tasks from it. Tul, where such an opportunity exists as a plug-in, will also do.

For similar purposes, I use Mindjet MindManager 2016 . It has the ability to create a graph or map from tasks. This farm can be displayed as a list or Gantt chart. If there are a lot of tasks, then there are filters.
