I am looking for a free tool for monitoring the activity of a site deployed on IIS. I would like a tool that can be installed on a Windows Server (the version doesn't really matter) and that it could connect and monitor sites on other machines. You don't need any super cool stats, the only requirement is that the solution be able to send an email alert when the site is down (not responding).

A little different from the specification about Windows Server, but there is a free tool for monitoring the operation of the website - monitor.us.

Why are solutions from pingdom.com, the same Yandex metric, sepyra.com not suitable? External stable services that monitor server availability and send emails when the server is down.
